FLASH: Has Thomson Bought Ownership in Dialog?

A strong rumor is circulating today that Thomson Corp., an international publishing giant, has acquired a 60 percent interest in The Dialog Corp. Many Thomson subsidiaries—Gale Group, Institute for Scientific Information, Thomson and Thomson's Trademarkscan, et al—supply Dialog with much of its most popular content.
