dinCloud Announces Updated Virtual Desktop

dinCloud, which helps organizations migrate their information technology (IT) infrastructure to the cloud, released webHVD, its latest generation of hosted virtual desktop.

webHVD, powered by HTML5, runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook operating systems as an extension for Google Chrome and is secure, fast, and easy to deploy. A virtual private data center manages user authentication, while the desktop-as-a-service features include software-defined networking, virtualized storage, and computing power. It is the only virtual desktop that can surf Netflix.

“dinCloud’s webHVD is a game changing architecture as it opens up new options for businesses to realize the benefits of mobile technology, while also reducing local costs,” says Darin Schoumaker, president and CEO of Managed Net Technology Solutions.
