Wolters Kluwer Launches New Pharma Services
The Wolters Kluwer Health Pharma Solutions business unit has launched Adis Online (http://www.adisonline.info), a new Web portal that provides access to all Adis' drug review journals and newsletters, including the ability to search more than 50,000 drug-related articles and register for updates. Abstracts are free to all; subscribers can link to the full text and non-subscribers may purchase articles on a pay-per-view basis. The new site provides links to the detailed home pages of Adis' 33 drug-related journals and publications as well as the ability to subscribe to each online.The new Adis eTOC Alert notification service provides registered users with an electronic table of contents (eTOC) from journals and newsletters in the Adis drug library. Users can sign up to receive monthly alerts from one or all publications including Drugs, CNS Drugs, and Drug Safety. The free service is available to individuals who want to keep current on articles pertaining to drug development, including both Adis subscribers and nonsubscribers. The Wolters Kluwer unit (http://www.wkhealth.com) also launched Adis Reactions Pharmacovigilance Service, a user-customizable alerting service that monitors current literature and provides timely notification of case reports of adverse drug reactions.
