Wikiverse Reaches for the Stars

Wikiverse, a new interactive 3D website, aims to turn a Wikipedia search into an outer space experience. It presents “constellations” of related topics, such as nature, literature, and history. Users can zoom in to a constellation and click on a “star,” which will allow them to read a Wikipedia entry. They can choose to search 1% of Wikipedia (50,000 articles), 2% (100,000 articles), or 5% (250,000 articles).

For more information, read the blog.
