Warner Bros. Movies Are Now Streaming via OverDrive

OverDrive added Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. titles to its streaming video lending offerings in the OverDrive Marketplace. Now, its public and government library partners throughout the U.S. and Canada have access to hundreds of new streaming videos such as I Am Sam, Natural Born Killers, and Life as a House.

OverDrive instituted its first pay-per-use model to purchase these titles, which means that libraries can make titles available as patrons want them instead of having to purchase content in advance. This allows for simultaneous usage by multiple patrons.

“Helping win new patrons, supporting evolving on-demand content models, and providing world-class ease-of-use for digital lending are core to the ongoing innovations we bring to our library partners,” says Lee Milstein, OverDrive’s chief strategy officer.
