Thompson Scientific Simplifies Information Management and Delivery

Thompson Scientific (  announced the launch of Enterprise Alert Manager, an integrated RSS management and collaboration solution that aids information distribution across an organization while reducing email load and network strain. It also helps centralize content management and manages users’ credentials for password-protected content.

This solution enables information managers to access, manage, and deliver information from any RSS-based source, including Dialog, the Internet, and internal content. It also allows users to enhance content with editorial reviews, tag records with separate categories, access RSS content feeds across multiple platforms, and customize information feeds.

Enterprise Alert Manager is available through subscription and can be purchased as a stand-alone service or in addition to a Dialog subscription.
