The Majority of Americans Trust Online Reviews
Thomson Reuters announced the results of a survey by FindLaw and Super Lawyers on online reviews. It shows that 87% of consumers trust online reviews when choosing local businesses or services to support, as well as professional services (such as lawyers). The result for Millennials and Gen Xers (ages 18–51) is 91% who trust these reviews; 83% of Baby Boomers do. More women than men do (89% to 85%).For more information, read the press release.
