Taylor & Francis Group Selects DataSalon for Customer Analysis and Reporting
Taylor & Francis Group adopted DataSalon’s cloud-based MasterVision service to handle its customer reporting on journal subscriptions, usage, and denials activity. Taylor & Francis Group will be able to access an interface for searching, analyzing, and exporting customer data, as well as view reports on how customers engage with products, packages, and collections. MasterVision calculates each customer’s cost-per-download score in order to predict usage and denials patterns.“MasterVision has transformed the way we interact with customer data: both drastically reducing the time taken to retrieve data and do complex analyses, and allowing staff to better understand and respond to the needs of our global customer base,” according to Jo Cross, head of research and business intelligence at Taylor & Francis Group.
