TLC Releases a Free Workbook to Help Schools Select and Implement a New LMS
The Library Corp. (TLC) introduced a comprehensive, free workbook (registration required) that will help school districts navigate the process of selecting and implementing a new library management system (LMS). It provides a structured, step-by-step guide for schools in evaluating their needs, preparing requests for proposals (RFPs), choosing vendors, and managing implementation from planning through going live. Library, education, and industry professionals developed the workbook as a tool to help school districts make decisions about updating their library services before their current LMS contract ends.
