TLC Integrates Live Chat Service Option

The Library Corp. (TLC) announced that LibraryH3lp’s live chat service was fully integrated into its LS2 PAC, the core of the CARL OPAC environment. LibraryH3lp offers real-time reference and chat services, the widget for which TLC now allows libraries to implement in their online catalog.
