Swets Provides Dedicated Customer Support With eDeal Service

Swets announced the launch of its new eDeals Service. Combining a mix of informative data and intuitive online functionality with the knowledge and expertise of a dedicated Customer Account Manager the service will provide customers with end-to-end support in all aspects of an eDeal.

Direct publisher eDeals offer many benefits to libraries but are often incredibly complicated and time consuming, particularly during the renewal phase. Swets’ eDeal service eliminates the bulk of this hassle by alleviating some of the workload and installing a Customer Account Manager to act as project leader for the renewal season, while providing extensive support and advice throughout the year.

This robust service provides tools and support to unlock the full potential of eDeal content. Customers can analyze historical information from compiled license conditions, publication and purchase data to gain an accurate insight on eDeal performance. The Customer Account Manager is always on hand to explain and interpret particular license conditions and offer expert advice on how conditions relate to customer use. Additionally, Swets provides powerful assessment and evaluation tools, including detailed back year usage data on all eDeals managed via Swets, and assists in the set up of all end-user access to content.
