Springer Begins Co-Publishing Two Fields Institute Journals

Springer and the Fields Institute will co-publish Mathematics-in-Industry Case Studies (MICS) and Fields Mathematics Education Journal (FMEJ), two open access (OA) journals that are now available on SpringerOpen. The Fields Institute will cover both journals’ article-processing charges (APCs).

MICS launched in 2008 with the theme of stimulating innovative mathematics, statistics, and related computational methods by modeling and analyzing these topics across other disciplines.

FMEJ began in 2014 as a showcase for the range of themes that affect the worldwide mathematics education community.
