Serials Solutions Launches Online Community

The new web-based service provides clients of Serials Solutions e-resource access and management services with a community they can use to interact with other Serials Solutions customers, collaborate on projects, share best practices, exchange thoughts, and suggest development ideas. The community features forums, discussion boards, private messaging, RSS feeds, and more.The Online Community enables Serials Solutions subscribers to participate directly in the development process and provides a vehicle to offer instant feedback on service enhancements. It also enables Serials Solutions Library Services staff members to directly engage with customers regarding planned developments, updates, and future enhancements. Current subscribers can access the Serials Solutions Online Community through the Support Center by clicking on Online Community.
