Recommind Introduces Axcelerate eDiscovery

Recommind (www.recommind.com) introduced Axcelerate eDiscovery,an automated document coding, review, and analysis solution for litigation professionals. The new product is designed to assess responsiveness, privilege, and issue relations before the review process begins, thus reducing the amount of time required to organize and conduct document review and analysis whilesimultaneously increasing review accuracy and consistency.

Recommind said that Axcelerate eDiscovery is the first product to offer automatic First-Pass Review of an entire document collection and the only solution offering patent-pending One-Click Coding of documents, highly differentiating tools designed to significantly expedite the review process, improve attorney efficiency, and lower discovery costs for clients.

Axcelerate eDiscovery offers law firms and enterprises accurate and extensive document culling and filtering of virtually all document types, including both structured and unstructured data. The solution automatically filters duplicates and near-duplicates between and across custodians and parties, and offers contextual email-thread analysis, while also applying more than 17 additional filters to a document collection, dramatically reducing the number of documents to be reviewed. The product's early case assessment tools then automatically extract key documents, people, phrases, and concepts of interest, helping attorneys and paralegals quickly understand the contents of a document collection, regardless of its size, before the review process has even begun. Its tools thus help attorneys build and substantiate their cases earlier in the discovery process.

Axcelerate eDiscovery also provides a fully automated "find all like this" functionality, which uses the system's conceptual search engine to quickly locate similar documents to a sample document of interest, whether a particular keyword was used frequently, occasionally, or not at all, and the system's ability to "learn" across all users by incorporating myriad reviewer responses directly into the automatic coding and review mechanism.
