ProQuest Rolls Out Catalog-Enrichment Service

ProQuest introduced Syndetics Unbound, a catalog-enrichment service that draws on the strengths of the Syndetic Solutions service and the LibraryThing for Libraries system. Libraries can use it to embed rich information and guided discovery into their existing catalogs—such as summaries, professional reviews, read-alikes, and reading levels—giving patrons a convenient way to find out about global books and media. They can also access book display widgets that display books on their homepage, enewsletters, and social media sites.

For more information, read the press release.
