PAIS International Now Available on EBSCOhost

EBSCO Publishing announced that it now offers the PAIS International database as part of its ever-growing suite of subject-specific databases on EBSCOhost. According to the announcement, the addition of this database to the EBSCOhost platform is yet another step toward EBSCO Publishing's goal of providing essential bibliographic databases that meet the needs of all researchers.

PAIS International is produced by the OCLC Public Affairs Information Service, which has been a provider of global coverage of public affairs and world issues, with an emphasis on topics in the public debate, since 1914. The database includes references to more than 530,000 journal articles, books, government documents, statistical directories, gray literature, research reports, policy papers, Internet documents, Web sites, conference reports, and other sources from more than 120 countries. Some of the topics covered include affirmative action, AIDS, climate change, ethnicity, environmental degradation, political persecution, war and conflict, and women's rights.
