New Database Sheds Light on U.S. Dissertations
EBSCO Information Services made the Doctoral Dissertations Accepted by American Universities (DDAAU) print index available digitally as American Doctoral Dissertations 1933-1955. EBSCO worked with the Congregational Library to digitize the DDAAU content and build this free database. Researchers can search the database by dissertation title, author, school, and other fields at opendissertations.com.It includes about 100,000 dissertations that comprise the only comprehensive record of dissertations accepted by U.S. universities from 1933 to 1955. The DDAAU was published annually by H.W. Wilson. Source: EBSCO Information Services
