NISO Lays Out Its 2024 Webinar Schedule
NISO (National Information Standards Organization) released its 2024 webinar schedule, saying, “NISO continues to prioritize collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the scholarly communications community. Our commitment to providing a platform for industry professionals to engage in meaningful discussions and stay informed of pivotal topics is reflected in our monthly webinar program. These events will take the form of roundtables, presentations, and skill sharing instruction every month on a Wednesday from 11:00am–12:00 noon (Eastern).”The first webinar, on Jan. 10, 2024, is centered on author rights. Individuals working at NISO member organizations can attend for free, while nonmember organizations and individual students can register for a fee that covers an unlimited number of participants from that organization.
