Microsoft Trust Center Offers Resources on GDPR Compliance
The Microsoft Trust Center has a section on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that is designed “to help you focus on your core business while efficiently preparing for the GDPR.” Microsoft notes, “We believe that the GDPR is an important step forward for clarifying and enabling individual privacy rights,” and it is “committed to GDPR compliance across our cloud services when enforcement begins May 25, 2018. …”The Microsoft Trust Center offers information on how the company’s products can help others comply with the GDPR, as well as resources such as webinars, videos, white papers, and FAQs. The center’s website outlines changes under the GDPR; GDPR-compliance best practices; information on managing compliance, getting ready for GDPR accountability, and preparing for the GDPR; and support for GDPR compliance.
