Innovative Acquires VTLS

Innovative will give customers a new level of product development and support with its acquisition of library automation solutions provider VTLS. VTLS’ Virtua, VITAL, Chamo, and other products will be rebranded to include VTLS in their names, and Innovative will incorporate VTLS’ consulting and support expertise into its own corporate resources.

The companies will integrate under the leadership of Kim Massana, Innovative’s CEO, with VTLS’ president and CEO Vinod Chachra appointed VP of global expansion. VTLS’ development, support, and sales teams will become part of Innovative’s management group.
