Innography Boosts IP Solutions

Innography, a software provider of intellectual property (IP) solutions for businesses, rolled out new features to enhance IP analytics: more robust patent information, expanded search features, and the new mobile-friendly tool PatentScout.

PatentScout offers IP professionals and businesses unlimited, web-based, private search access to global patent data. It eliminates the risk of using publicly accessible patent search tools, where privacy can be compromised. Users can search via keyword or use the semantic search functionality to find information hidden in patent disclosure language.

“A reflection of our market-leading product investment, our newest release was developed in close collaboration with our clients who continually push the envelope in IP analytics to make both strategic and tactical business decisions,” says John F. Martin, CEO and chairman of Innography.

Other enhancements to Innography’s products include updates to its life cycle patent analysis software, Advanced Analysis. It now has features such as cooperative patent classification (CPC) support across Innography’s almost 100 million patents, including searching and filtering by CPC code; 200,000 patent litigation documents (complaints, answers, motions, etc.) for download at no extra cost; and expiration dates for patents with information on how the dates were calculated.
