Inmagic Releases BiblioTech PRO v2.5
Inmagic, Inc. announced the release of BiblioTech PRO v2.5, its integrated library system, now with enhanced customization options. It is being released in conjunction with BibSpeed v2.5, a Web-enabling module for searching a BiblioTech PRO database over a corporate intranet or the Internet, creating a virtual library, virtual reference environment. The company said the combination of the two gives librarians and corporate information center managers the ability to provide value-added services to their customers, including self-service opportunities.BiblioTech PRO v2.5 and Bib Speed v2.5 offer its users the ability to customize search screens and result screens, new conversion programs to import NTIS/DIALOG and Reference Manager content, the ability to create online help, and self-service check-in and checkout of materials.
