Hachette Ebooks Now Available From EBSCO

Hachette Book Group agreed to offer its popular fiction and nonfiction ebooks via EBSCO eBooks and Audiobooks. These titles include works by David Baldacci, Michael Connelly, and Elin Hilderbrand.

With this partnership, libraries will be able to acquire in-demand ebooks without paying markups or fees of any kind. EBSCO will include the titles via featured collections such as Popular Adult Fiction, Youth Award Winners, New Releases, and Popular Fiction/Nonfiction. The ebooks are compatible with a variety of mobile devices, including the Kindle Fire.

“Patrons can find e-books from top authors while using EBSCO’s comprehensive and powerful discovery experience. Librarians can offer award-winning titles from Hachette in a cost-effective way while increasing the usage and visibility of the library’s entire collection,” says Ken Breen, EBSCO Information Services’ VP of product management.
