GPO and LC Publish Digital Versions of the Congressional Record

The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) and the Library of Congress (LC) released digital versions of the issues of the Congressional Record that were published from 1991 to 1998 on govinfo. These issues cover the debates of the 102nd to the 105th Congresses, which included discussions on the Persian Gulf War, the Clinton administration, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
