Exact Editions Introduces a Discount Deal and Launches New Archives
Exact Editions has been busy this month.On July 1, the company teamed up “with the Greater Western Library Alliance (GWLA) to provide a deal for select research libraries across the United States,” which is available until July 1, 2025. “The deal includes discounted prices on bundles of titles. The research libraries can select from over 180 esteemed titles across the Exact Editions platform, spanning a range of research areas, including science, music, geography, art and more. Exact Editions aims to provide academic libraries with the opportunity to invest in a diverse assortment of digital resources for their students.” On July 4, Exact Editions announced, “Members of the British Artist Blacksmiths Association (BABA) can now access a complete digital archive of the organisation’s magazine, Artist Blacksmith, through its website. … [T]he archive is fully-searchable, stretches back to 1979 and will grow with each new issue published. Multi-user site licences, authenticated by IP address, are also available to libraries worldwide.” On July 8, Exact Editions added a complete digital archive for New Welsh Review, “now available to individual and institutional subscribers via Exact Editions’ digital platform. Readers can now search for back issues going back to the very first issue published in 1988, with over 30 years of searchable content to explore as well as new issues as they are published.” The literary magazine “offers a vital outlet for the very best new fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry, as a dynamic forum for critical debate and a rigorous reviewing culture.” See all of the latest company news at reader.exacteditions.com/press.
