Congressional Quarterly Redesigns CQ.com
Congressional Quarterly, Inc. (CQ) released its newly redesigned, online flagship site, CQ.com. The new CQ.com offers a robust, real-time news section, improved ease of use, and new levels of personalization. The new "My CQ" section allows users to build their own home page and track the news, bills, committees, and members that matter most to them. The improved design simplifies bill tracking by using CQ's editorial intelligence to group related bills for easy scanning. In addition, customers can easily toggle between compressed and expanded views of bill information. The new design features improved navigation, refined organization, and simplified sign-on procedures. CQ also unveiled a new look and name for its print daily, CQ Today (formerly CQ Daily Monitor), which publishes Monday-through-Friday when Congress is in session.
