China Connect From BCMS International, BvD Identifies Acquisition Opportunities
China Connect details transaction histories and acquisition opportunities in nonlisted Chinese companies. The data has been sourced through relationships and cooperation agreements with Chinese government departments, local equity exchanges, charitable foundations, professional service firms, and financiers. It is unique in that it comes directly from reliable sources on the ground in China who understand private Chinese businesses.China Connect includes current information on a company’s business scope, where it is permitted to expand, the likelihood of an investment opportunity being open to foreign investors, and if such an investment is likely to be acceptable to the country’s regulatory authorities.
