Chegg Acquires Writing Tools Provider
Chegg acquired Imagine Easy Solutions, the provider of EasyBib and other online writing tools that help its more than 7 million users keep track of citations, create bibliographies, and more. Chegg will now be able to serve students who need writing assistance, especially those in remedial writing classes, and Imagine Easy Solutions will now be able to accelerate its plans for delivering a complete suite of writing tools.For more information, read the press release.
