Axios Systems Streamlines IT Service Management
Axios Systems partnered with Meyer Werft to offer the shipbuilding company streamlined IT service management (ITSM) processes and operations through Axios’ assyst ITSM software solution.assyst helps large enterprises with quick, efficient, and cost-effective delivery and support for IT services, as well as with ITSM best practices and IT asset management (ITAM), governance, and standardization. Axios will offer Meyer Werft initial use of assyst for incident management and request management. After a successful rollout for these processes, the companies plan to include further aspects of the software in Meyer Werft’s IT department, eventually employing it companywide.
