Atypon Hosts OA Earth and Space Science Preprints
The American Geophysical Union (AGU) and Atypon will join forces to create the Earth and Space Science Open Archive (ESSOAr), an open community server for preprints and conference presentations, including posters and related multimedia. According to Atypon, “Development of the server, community engagement, and policies and practices will be a community effort guided by an international advisory board that will include representatives from societies across the Earth and space sciences.” ESSOAr will be built on Atypon’s Literatum platform, and it will begin accepting content in 2018.For more information, read the press release.
