Alacra Adds Perfect Information’s Pioneer Database
Alacra, Inc. (http://www.alacra.com), a global provider of business and financial information, announces that it has added Perfect Information (PI; http://www.perfectinfo.com), a leader in providing scanned company filings, to its Alacra product offering of more than 80 databases. Perfect Information's Pioneer database enables access to more than 3 million scanned business-critical documents with an archive stretching back to 1982. Alacra customers will be able to search across a global collection of company reports and accounts, Eurobond prospectuses and pricing supplements, company circulars, and the London Stock Exchange regulatory news service."The integration of Perfect Information content adds considerable value to our existing services," said Don Roll, managing director of Alacra. "It provides Alacra Book users with access to more than 3 million scanned images using Perfect Information's comprehensive document indexing methodology. PI is also the first company filings image database available on Alacra on a pay-per-document basis. It will be a welcome addition for our thousands of users worldwide who require this type of information." In June, Data Downlink Corp. changed its corporate name and brand identity to Alacra, Inc. Its previous services, including Portal B and .xls, were rebranded as Alacra. Source: Alacra, Inc.
