APO Debuts Social Media Analysis Reporting for African Press Releases

APO (African Press Organization) introduced a full social media analysis reporting service for press releases in Africa. It is complimentary for APO’s clients so they can measure the social media response to their press releases, including social media volume, geographic locations, and major influencers. Monitored sources include Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, Flickr, and more than 3 million RSS feeds.

The reports also provide data on the reach and spread of potential primary and secondary audiences of social media posts, geographical visualizations of Africa’s demographic conversations about press releases, and information such as the degree to which press releases influence the intended audiences based on a Klout Score.
