ResearchSoft’s EndNote Integrates with Onfolio 2.0

Onfolio, Inc. (, a provider of Web management applications, announced a partnership with Thomson ResearchSoft (, a business of the Thomson Corp. Under the agreement, ResearchSoft will distribute and market Onfolio Professional 2.0 through its domestic and international sales channels.

The companies also announced the integration of Onfolio 2.0 and ResearchSoft's EndNote bibliographic management software. EndNote is used by millions of researchers, librarians, and students worldwide to manage reference data and to speed up the process of creating formatted bibliographies in their written work. Onfolio is a PC application for reading RSS newsfeeds, collecting and organizing online content, and publishing to e-mail, Weblogs, and Web sites. The full integration of Onfolio 2.0 with EndNote can make researchers more productive as they search the Web by helping them organize all the information they find online, add reference data on the fly, and then send that data to EndNote, where they can quickly cite Web content in their written work.

Nstein Partners with Visual Analytics

Nstein Technologies, Inc. (, a provider of linguistic-based business intelligence (BI) solutions, and Visual Analytics, Inc. (, a provider of pattern discovery and information sharing solutions, announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership to provide homeland security and intelligence agencies with a fully integrated platform for collecting, analyzing, translating, sharing, and visually representing structured and unstructured multilingual data. Under the terms of the agreement both parties will engage in co-marketing and sales initiatives.

The partnership offers analysts, law enforcement, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism professionals a platform that can analyze unstructured data in all major languages. The platform includes visual rendering and link analysis coupled with Nstein's advanced analytics and automated translation technology in all major languages.

McGraw-Hill Licenses Reference Titles to xrefer

xrefer, provider of online ready-reference services to libraries worldwide, announced that reference publisher McGraw-Hill has agreed to license some of its reference titles for inclusion in the xreferplus service. This brings the number of publisher partners currently working with xrefer to 42.

This new agreement will initially see McGraw-Hill licensing some of its bestselling reference titles for integration into the xreferplus service, including some titles that have never been available in digital form before. Science, technology, and architecture titles will be available in full text, complete with line drawings and illustrations, biographical entries, and conversion tables.
