Coveo Introduces Audio Video Search
Coveo Solutions, Inc. (www.coveo.com), a provider of enterprise search for Microsoft-centric IT organizations, announced the extension of its secure search solutions by introducing Coveo Audio Video Search (CAVS), a rich media content search application. It lets users find audio content in multimedia files as easily as they would in enterprise documents. The new search application integrates seamlessly with Coveo Enterprise Search (CES), the company's enterprise search platform. CAVS's patent-pending "automatic training" capabilities leverage enterprise content to improve the precision of speech recognition. The result is a searchable transcript of speech content that is enterprise-aware (proper names, employee names, domain terms, etc.). CAVS leverages all of CES's advanced search functionality including faceted search, advanced concept and summarization, collaborative ranking, clustering, and more. CAVS is seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft SharePoint collaboration and content-management platform. Source: Coveo Solutions, Inc.
