Snapdata Launches Company Portraits Series
Market research firm Snapdata International Group (http://www.snapdata.com) launched its new Company Portraits Series at the Online Information 2005 event in London last week. Utilizing the historical market share data from 2000 onward, Company Portraits provides a unique company profile based on global market presence. According to CEO Debra Curtis: "Because of the demand for these historical market share trends and the thousands of companies to be covered, we have initially produced a selection of companies across a range of industries, and will continue to publish further titles on a priority request basis. The establishment of the companies covered in different markets will vary from the traditional, established markets of General Motors to the new and fast growing presence of China Mobile."The core product range of Snapdata International continues to be the Snapshots Series, a collection of more than 7,000 reports covering some 28 industry markets across more than 40 countries. They provide an instant Snapshot of a single market in a single country. Complementing these is the Global Panorama Series (GPS). Introduced in 2004, the GPS is a collection of more than 250 global and regional overviews covering countries representing more than 80 percent of world GDP. They are based on the strengths of the Snapshots Series, which enables the reports to be built from the bottom up. Each report contains the same core market size data as found in the Snapshots Series, in the same easy-to-understand format. Source: Snapdata International Group
