Nstein to Integrate Imprezzeo’s Visual Search Tool

Imprezzeo, an image search software company (www.imprezzeo.com), announced a partnership with Nstein Technologies, Inc. (www.nstein.com), a supplier of digital publishing solutions for media and content-driven organizations. Nstein will integrate Imprezzeo’s image-based search engine with its text mining and search products to allow its customers to conduct faster, more accurate image searches. With this partnership, Imprezzeo offers a software development kit (SDK), access to Imprezzeo developer resources, and dedicated technical support. This allows Nstein to rapidly and seamlessly integrate and deploy Imprezzeo’s Image Search technology within digital publishing networks and into broader business processes and workflows.

Imprezzeo Image Search is the first image recognition and search product to use both content-based image retrieval (CBIR) and facial recognition (FR), allowing customers to use images to search for images rather than textual search terms. The technology generates image search results that closely match a sample image chosen either by the user from an initial set of search results that can then be refined or from an image uploaded by the user. Imprezzeo is capable of searching millions of images in seconds. By focusing on the centralization, management, and automated indexing of digital assets, Nstein enables its content-driven customer base to reduce operational costs and identify new revenue streams.

Imprezzeo is an image-based search software company headquartered in London with a development center located in Sydney, Australia. Imprezzeo Image Search utilizes cutting-edge visual search technologies to help users quickly search through vast image databases to find similar images of content and people. Designed to easily integrate with leading enterprise search, content management, and digital asset management systems, Imprezzeo provides a total image search solution. Imprezzeo is privately held, and investment capital comes from Independent News & Media (INM). To view a demonstration of Imprezzeo Image Search, visit www.imprezzeo.com/demos.
