LexisNexis Knowledge Mosaic Gets New Name and Enhanced Features
LexisNexis Legal & Professional updated its LexisNexis Knowledge Mosaic product with a streamlined user interface and new branding. Now known as Lexis Securities Mosaic to emphasize its focus on the securities practice area, the research platform gives securities and business professionals enhanced functionality, alignment with the Lexis Advance portfolio, and the addition of Canadian SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) filings content with about 4 million documents dating from 1997.Compliance, transactional, disclosure, and regulatory information is now readily available and includes historical as well as up-to-date content. A new Quick Search feature lets users pull SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) no-action letters, private placement memoranda, and SEC and SEDAR filings directly from the Lexis Securities Mosaic homepage.
