Hooverís Paves Fast Track to New Features and Content
Hoover’s, Inc., a D&B company, announced the launch of HOOV Lane (www.hoovlane.com), an interactive microsite that’s designed to introduce prospects and existing customers to Hoover’s new features and content.
HOOV Lane, described as a marketing communications portal, has a twofold mission: to solicit input and feedback from existing customers on Hoover’s tools and services and to build awareness of Hoover’s benefits for perspective users.
The microsite offers the following three areas for users:
- Tour de Hoover’s—Flash demos of Hoover’s features are available such as 360-degree Company Overviews, ConnectMail, People Self-Listing, and First Research industry information.
- Faster Profits—Users can calculate the return on investment (ROI) achieved with a Hoover’s subscription through an interactive Q&A that demonstrates the bottom-line benefits for subscribers.
- HOOV Lane Map—Users also have access to a high-level blueprint of future products and launches to keep users informed about what’s new at Hoover’s.
Among the microsite’s other features is a Customer Feedback Forum so users can interact directly with Hoover’s product managers to find out about tools and functionality and to offer feedback and suggestions. In addition, the Live Chat lets users interact with Hoover’s sales team members to discuss product and service offerings. Users can also access videos and podcasts, sales testimonials, and relevant news and stories for commentary and conversations.
