Gale Licenses Reference Titles to Books24x7
Gale Group has announced that two of its business reference titles have been licensed to Books24x7, a developer of online Referenceware for IT and business professionals. Books24x7, a subsidiary of SkillSoft Corp., has included the full texts of both the Encyclopedia of Management and Encyclopedia of Business into its BusinessPro library. As a result of the agreement, BusinessPro subscribers can now access these publications in their entirety or can search for specific information using Books24x7's multi-tier search engine.Gale's Encyclopedia of Business covers a wide range of issues, including business ethics, accounting, finance, public relations, and marketing, among others. The reference work encompasses more than 700 signed articles of up to 6,000 words each. The Encyclopedia of Management covers 350 topics related to management theories and applications, including planning, diversification strategies, performance measurement, and supply-chain management, among others. The content was written by academics and business professionals with expertise in their specific areas. BusinessPro offers unabridged content from more than 725 book titles and research reports. Subscribers have unlimited access to the entire collection, including the 10 to 20 new titles added each week. Source: Gale Group
