EBSCO Introduces New Complete Resources

EBSCO Publishing ( announced the release of several new full-text databases: Education Research Complete, Environment Complete, and Computers & Applied Sciences Complete.

Education Research Complete claims to provide the world's largest and most complete collection of full-text education journals. Topics covered include all levels of education and all educational specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing. Education Research Complete also covers areas of curriculum instruction as well as administration, policy, funding, and related social issues. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,500 journals, as well as full text for more than 750 journals. It also includes full text for more than 100 books and monographs and for numerous education-related conference papers.

Environment Complete is designed to provide deep coverage in applicable areas of agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, natural resources, marine and freshwater science, geography, pollution and waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning, and more. Environment Complete contains more than 1,280,000 records from 1,200 domestic and international titles going back to the 1950s (including 642 active core titles) as well as 100 monographs. The database also contains the full text for 400 journals and 80 monographs. The database also offers full text for the conference papers of the North American Association of Environmental Education.

Computers & Applied Sciences Complete covers the spectrum of the applied sciences, representing collected knowledge on traditional engineering challenges and providing material for research concerning the business and social implications of new technology. This database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,300 academic journals, professional publications, and other reference sources. Full text is also available for more than 500 periodicals. Research is aided by the inclusion of searchable cited references for key journals.
