Dialog Rolls Out Quantum2 Program Across Europe

Dialog Corp. has announced plans for the European rollout of its Quantum2 development program for information professionals. The program, which builds on and enhances a Dialog program first introduced in 1993, provides training and tools to enhance professional development, with a special focus on strategies to develop leadership skills and demonstrate the value of professional information services within organizations.

To coincide with the launch of Quantum2, Dialog announced the appointment of Liz Blankson-Hemans to head the program in Europe. Blankson-Hemans joins Dialog from the law practice Clifford Chance, where she was manager of the firm's Central Information Services division.

The Quantum2 program will provide tools, training materials, professional development seminars, white papers on knowledge management and other key topics, and networking opportunities to information professionals. These materials will be made available through the recently launched Quantum2 Web site, a series of new Quantum2 workshop seminars, and ongoing communication to members. Quantum2 program membership is free and open to information professionals in organizations that use Dialog's products. To register, visit the Quantum2 site at
