Bibliotheca Adds BBC Content to Its biblio+ Streaming Service

Bibliotheca’s biblio+ streaming video service partnered with the BBC to add thousands of hours of British TV and film, including Call the Midwife, DCI Banks, and Death in Paradise and children’s shows such as Horrible Histories. biblio+ eliminates the pay-per-use model and monthly viewing limits, allowing libraries to have an affordable option for unlimited streaming. New BBC titles will be added to biblio+ each week starting in September 2022.

“This partnership brings tremendous value to customers looking to offer unlimited access to increasingly budget-conscious patrons in these challenging times,” says Blandine Mercier-McGovern, director of content strategy, acquisition, and content insights for biblio+.
