Amazon Provides Learning Tools to Students

Amazon Web Services (AWS) introduced a program designed to deliver real-world cloud technology to graduate-level classrooms around the world. AWS Educate helps educators find cloud-related course content, incorporate cloud technology into their curriculums, and give students hands-on experience with the technology. It is free for educational institutions, educators, and students following approval of their application.

Additionally, Amazon company TenMarks announced a free math program to prevent students from experiencing learning loss during the summer. Students (and their parents) in the U.S. can register for the 2015 summer program to participate in a personalized course based on a diagnostic assessment. It is available as an app for tablets running iOS, Android, or Fire OS and covers first-grade math through geometry and Algebra 2.
