Alacra to Distribute Global Insight's Content

Global Insight, Inc. and Alacra, Inc. announced a partnership that will enable Alacra users to access Global Insight's premium Country and Industry Analysis databases through the Alacra Web site. Global Insight (formerly DRI-WEFA) is a provider of economic data, forecasting, and analysis. Alacra, a provider of business and financial information, is the only external distributor of Global Insight content.

Alacra users will be able to directly access Global Insight's independent research and commentary, combining this information within their personalized analysis and reports.
Country Analysis includes textual coverage and forecast summary spreadsheets for over 180 countries across 7 geographic regions. U.S. Industry Analysis provides the same for over 70 industry sectors, including both detail and aggregates.

All Global Insight economic information is produced using an internally consistent analytical framework. The Global Insight reports can be launched automatically in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF or HTML format, or in conjunction with other information accessed through Alacra's Briefing Book product. The Global Insight content may be purchased either on a "Pay-Per-View," or flat-fee, subscription model.
